BKK TRIP PART 4

  18th of December ( Forth Day )
I don't really remember what are the tips that I want to mention already actually. Short term memory! This post and another 2 posts (coming soon) about this 5D6N Bkk Trip will be more on pictures, let the pictures do the talking !

On the forth day, we wake up really early to go DAMNOEN SADUAK FLOATING MARKET!
There are a lot of floating markets at bkk actually but if you ask which is the best floating market, I guess it will be the one I went - Damnoen Saduak Floating Market ! **You should really experience it when you go to Bkk because you don't want to be like a frog underneath a coconut shell right. hahahah So remember to try!** If I'm not mistaken, it cost 1000 baht (RM120) per person. You can also take another package that included elephant ride, it cost 1500 baht (RM180) per person.

By the way, we wake up very early for it because it is far far away & early morning not so hot. hehe In my previous post, I introduced a very good taxi driver right. He is the one fetching us early in the morning to go floating market! We leave our hotel at around 7am then the journey took a few hours if if if I'm not mistaken, I really don't remember omg. **If you really want to go floating market. I strongly recommend you to go in the morning because it is better to feel cool than hot right and early morning not so many people so you don't have to wait very long for your turn**

So, it goes like this. After you reach the place, there will be a people introducing you all those packages and explain about the 'boat trip' according to a map. Then you've to choose the package you want and pay to get the ticket. After that, get up the boat and the 'boat trip' begins! It will stop a few times, you can choose to go down or not at some places. Hmm it is like - First stop : something like a souvenir shop - Second stop : A temple - Third stop : Elephant ride place. **The boat moves very fast when the river got no other boats, it is fun! (better don't wear a hat, it will probably fly away) The boat will move slowly when there are shops or people on boat selling things beside. If you want to buy something, remember to tell the 'boat driver' to stop by or else you'll just missed it! Don't think that you can buy it later when you back because you won't pass by the same place twice**
This is the 'boat trip' map hahahah
This is the boat! It is fun when it moves very fast!
Damnoen Saduak FM is the most famous FM !
This is my favorite coconut ice cream !!! It is so big & so many ice creams!
It cost idk 30 baht or 50 baht already, totally worth it !
Somemore eating it on a boat, omg i like this coconut ice cream the most seriously.
Elephant ride @ Elephant Village! haha

**Don't shout when you're sitting on an elephant and don't pull his/her hair as well! (This is the instruction hahahha) I think it is because it will frighten the elephant. If you haven't try it before, just try! But if you tried it at somewhere else before, you can save the 500 baht because having this kind of experience for once is enough I think?**
After spending a few hours at the floating market, it is lunch time!
We lunch at a THAI RESTAURANT (idk what it called). Hmm, the foods are kinda delicious but kinda expensive too! So this is my first and last time eating in a Thai Restaurant tho.

You drink coconut always when you're at Thailand, don't you! haha
Pineapple Fried Rice !
Tom Yumsssss !
My favorite dong fun!
Fish, yeah idk what fish so just fish. lol
Looking very simple but somehow very delicious egg !

The last place for today - ASIATIQUE !
It is another far far away place omg. (I'm not sure whether is it because I go Asiatique from Damnoen Saduak) I even have time to take a nap in the car then only I reach the destination. According to my research before the trip, if I want to go Asiatique by MRT, I've to walk to MRT station to take MRT then have to walk and take boat then only reach. It is kinda complicated.

Seriously, I'm so so glad I met the good taxi driver yesterday, he is like our personal driver for one day! Fetching us here and there from morning till night, always wait for us with a patient face, omg thank you very much dear driver ! **The easiest way to go far far places like Asiatique is by taking a taxi! It is even better if you've a taxi driver that is willing to wait for you at Asiatique and fetch you back to hotel after that. I'm not sure whether Josh (taxi driver) wait for his customers always or not but you really should contact him if you want a taxi - 086 044 3170. I keep promoting this taxi driver because good thing has to be shared!**

Asiatique opens from 5pm - 12am ! It is a pretty place !
There are a lots of shops and restaurants too!
Beautiful scenery !
If you take boat, you'll reach Asiatique like this.
We simply choose a place to have out dinner and this is it - The Pizza Company.
It is like Pizza Hut in Malaysia.

We didn't spend a lot of time at Asiatique because grandma is so so so so tired already!
We leave the hotel at 7am and didn't go back to rest at all until 10pm+ so I think grandma is really very tired. "nvm, next time! Asiatique, I'll come to you again!"
Josh (taxi driver) also spent whole day with us tho! What surprised me was the taxi fees actually. I thought it will be very expensive because he is like our personal driver eh! I don't remember what is the exact price but it is way more cheaper than the price I thought it will be. Sincerely Thank You so much for being so good & so patient ! I'm happy we met him in this trip!
